I've been taking a beta-blocker, atenolol, for years to keep my somewhat
elevated blood pressure in normal range. I've now been gf for 10 months.
I've been assured that the medicine is gf and it is my only medicine. For
the last few weeks I have had mild nausea and some other symptoms that are
supposedly not uncommon when anyone first starts taking atenolol. My
internist doubts that the medicine could be causing me trouble now after
doing so well on it for so long. (I experimented one day and didn't take the
medicine and felt way better.) Has anyone had to change their brand/type of
blood pressure medication after going gf?
   Thanks,
