I'm sorry to ask something that I'm sure has been asked before, but here
goes:  does Uncle Ben's Converted rice have something in it that bothers
us celiacs?  I thought I was allergic to rice but seem now to be
tolerating brown rice from the health food store.  Uncle Ben's causes
headache, tension (some of my celiac symptoms). Thanks.   Sue
