Excellent information!!  Too many times,  diet advice is provided without the
corresponding physiologic context whcih is that the calcium utilization
pathways seem to be triggered by demands placed upon the body.  Eating high
protein without corresponding emphasis on intake of appropriate levels of fats
and calcium -bearing sources such as you listed  coupled with no loading of the
skeletal structure is a recipe for osteoporosis. Rick
