The touch is lighter than a mouse and you only have to use one finger or even
a part of your hand.  The mouse is difficult for a lot of disabled and
inconvenient to switch back and forth from mouse to keyboard particularly if
you use a pencil or a pointer for keyboard access.  I'm not even sure of all
the pros and cons.
