Jim - it all sounds great. Anything that will help anyone to access
information. I try to keep a very open mind. Some cannot use facial, body or
eye contact. Some cannot access a keyboard for lack of reach and many other
reasons. Morse code requires only a slight movement of the hand. As I said
earlier the code is only for access to the keyboard/commands etc. You would
not hear the code - you would hear and/or see the words. Speech recognition
is not for those that cannot talk etc. Interesting idea. I am a sighted
person that knows the Morse Code because it was the only way I communicate
with my son in the beginning 24 years ago. It does have advantages for the
extremely disabled. We should all keep an open mind.
