hello,

a friend got a new system with a 17" monitor. on a few occasions, when it
was rebooted, the screen was greatly enlarged with enormous icons. having
no interest for myself but realizing the potential, i called tech support
and was told this was probably because some program used changes the
resolution. under win 9x one can change this in the control panel
manually which has the effect of making items on the screen larger or
smaller. has aanyone used this as screen enlargement?
