SemWare TSE Pro/32's help screen says it can do a search and replace
on all files in the Ring. "Ring" means the files actually loaded but it
accepts wildcards so you could just load *.* for all the files in the
directory. TSE Pro/32 is the big brother of TSE Jr (which used to be
called Qedit) and is a DOS program that runs using Win95. You can get a
demo of this program to try from www.semware.com. After you install it
you can switch the stop status line to a menu line by pressing F10, then
select the Search pulldown.
