The Semware Editor Professional, DOS or Windows version can do this.
Find it at:

www.semware.com

I know the dos version is tsedos25.zip.  It's a virtual memory editor and
can eat as many files as your memory and disc space can handle.  You can
load entire files at the command line or within the editor then do global
search and replace over the entire set of loaded files.  It's a very
powerful editor and I think it will do the trick for you.
