This list apparently exists because of a book called Neanderthin. That
is the FAQ for this list. (does anyone know of any other paleo dieting
lists not associated with Neanderthin?)

It seems that people on this list cook food just about any way they want.
Compared to actual paleolithic eating syles I think anything modern day
could be considered gourmet. Unless of course you stick your food in a
camp fire or something, then that's getting real close to "real" paleo
cooking styles I suppose.

Good for you. Almost any half decent changes to a Standard American Diet
(SAD) are drastic improvements.
