Hi... I'm new to this list, and noticed more than a couple of comments
warning against ever going off the diet as weight returns. Could
someone brief me on how if at all this diet is more likely to return
pounds? I wasn't sure if it was the sort of allergy theory, the 'water
weight' issue as seen in lowcarbing, etc., or a creature of an
entirely different variety. Thanks very much.
