Buji,

Spent hours tonight trying to answer your question. As the ultimate
"layman," I met with little success. I eat carbs, I break out in
unusual sweating. I had simply assumed the two were linked, and I had
them linked by the term "hyperinsulinism," or what you termed
"hyperinsulinemia."

As I understand it, hyperinsulinemia is closely related to
hypoglycemia. I found a few passing references to sweating or cold
sweats as a sympton of hypoglycemia. See below. No clinical studies,
tho.

Maybe I'm not hyperinsulimic. I dunno. I react to carbs by sweating
and I apparently need carbs to workout. Still looking for any input or
advice on this that I can get.

Robert
