Wow Amadeus,

That was a lot of helpful information.

I do love sunflower seeds as well, and so does our dog (unshelled).

I have also found flax seeds, sesame seeds, and quinoa to be tasty. I even
like grinding up wheatberries, they're tasty, but I almost never do it. I
rarely eat a lot of nuts or seeds unless I don't have meat, at which point my
hunger directs me to other foods. I liked soaked almonds too and I usually
keep a glass of them in the fridge. I like the taste dry though.

My trouble was that I came from being vegan so for a long time I overate nuts
trying to sustain my body. My controlling attitude in a sense limited my
foraging to nuts, fruits, and veggies. I went vegan because I loved animals
and I noticed that cooked meat was hard on me energetically. I wanted to find
out if there was an instinctive basis for vegetarianism. Then I went raw and
didn't want to eat meat unless I was certain that my body wanted it. Anyway,
that's old news.

How do you eat the brains? I would love to be smarter ;)

Aaron
