Just had a great conversation with Susan from Silver Oaks Ranch in Morgan Hill.

You can take a trip out to her farm, the kids can see her ostriches, and you
can buy the meat direct.

Or, you could get fresh ostrich at Cosentino's market in San Jose.

The price is reasonable at Cosentino's, compared to other exotic meats. This
is a very nutritious meat.
