In a message dated 98-04-15 11:33:00 EDT, you write:

<< I read somewhere that eating raw eggs depletes the bodies reserves of the
 B vitamin, Biotin. >>

I've read that this doesn't occur if the whole egg is eaten, as the egg itself
contains biotin. Either way, people have been eating raw eggs for thousands
of years, so noting all these supposed observations might just get one into
more trouble through exclusion.
