This is directed to Pam and her tummy troubles. In regards to your salt
supplements, some on the list have suggested that maybe THAT is what's causing
your intestines to do acrobatics. In my case, I have found that if I eat foods
that are too salty ( or salty at all, for that matter) that I get a slight
burning in my stomach and some strange twists from my abdomen. This happened
yesterday after eating some baked ham. (I know, it's not the greatest on this
diet, but I ate it anyway)
