As far as I have ever heard there is no gluten in spices, however there are
volatile oils and chemicals constituents that you may be allergic to. Maybe
spices are used in eastern medicinal traditions to treat a wide variety of
disorders. Some imported hebs and spices are fumigated to kill pests before
being shipped. Organic herbs and spices are out there, don't use store
bought blends, make your own. You can also grow most herbs in pots/window
boxes if you don't have a garden. Spices are of tropical origin amd are
from shrubs and trees except from ginger and turmeric, so they will have to
be bought.
