In America, we would apparently prefer to die in the effort to get cheap
food.  And find cheap ways of making dangerous cheap food seem less
dangerous regardless of long-term effect.

In Sweden that wold be unnessecary. We have no salmonella problem
at all with swedish chicken and egg. The farmers just care enough.
