Are you sure it wasn't dermatitis herpetiformis?  DH is a symptom of gluten
intolerance.  I always had rashes on my elbows and never understood why.
 When I changed my diet (excluding grain products) a year ago, this cleared
up quickly and never came back.  It always seemed more prominent in the
winter.  Just a thought...

    Two years ago I got itchy patches in my hair line at the back of my
head and on my elbows and the under side of my forearm.  I assumed it
was some form of food related psoriasis - but mine comes in the summer
and is gone in the late fall and winter.  Maybe mine is eczema - I know
there is a difference.  I was just curious about the timing.  Since I
haven't been doing paleo long enough or consistantly enough I don't know
if winter or the diet is making it "gone".
