Does anyone had an idea for a susbstitute for heavy
cream? I only need 1/4 cup for a mint-wafer recipe,
which is supposed to be similar to mint Girl Scout
cookies. I generally use Farm Rich, because I am soy
intolerant as well as LI, but am not sure if the
consistency of the thickest Farm Rich is close to that
of heavy cream.
