Actually, this speaks for Taco Bell too. I've had to return tacos
because the person who prepared them reached into the lettuce bin, and
then into the cheese bin,and then went back for the tomatoes on the
next taco, with bits of cheese still clinging to the plastic glove . .
.
At least at McDonald's, there's nothing like that to add to the kid's
burger - just pickles, onions, mustard, catsup, bun and meat. Not
inviting, but generally safe.
