The issue is volume. Estimate the size of the individual mini muffin
containers relative to regular muffin pans. You could measure by volume if
you want to. Then prorate the time accordingly. Assuming you fill the mini
muffin pan to the top, I'd guess it would be half, say 8-10 minutes (vs. 18
normally). You could also do it empirically. Set the timer for 8 minutes and
check the muffins in 2 minute intervals thereafter. One word of caution:
some pans are 20% hotter than others. If you have one of those, then either
the temperature or time must be reduced accordingly. Hope this helps.
