Hello, everyone,
I found this product in my local health food store. It
is advertised to be gluten-free as well as free of dairy,
egg, soy, salt, sugar, fructose, and is Kosher and vegan.
Some ingredients include quinoa (I know that this is on
some lists as not GF), brown rice protein, spirulina,
de-oiled lecithin, and a long list of other ingredients
and vitamins, some of which are organic.

I have yet to actually try the product (I need to buy a
blender), but it may be my answer to having something
quick, nutritious, and allergen-free after my evening
yoga class.
I have absolutely no financial interest in this company
or its products. It is rather expensive: $19.99 for the
regular jar (I forget the actual weight), but it might be
a good thing to have along for food "emergencies."
Mixing it in a blender is best, and their web site
describes options for what kind of fruit and juice to
add, depending on availability and your preferred taste.
