Hi, I thought I discovered a new line of tofu cheeses that would be a great
substitute. It had flavours like Jalapeno, and garlic & herb, and cheddar.
While I was trying to decide which one to try, I checked out the ingredients
by habit and the SECOND ingredient was "casien (milk protein)". How
disappointing!
I'll keep reading those labels....
