Absolutely - Catherine can't tolerate one version of Cotrimoxazole
(spelling?), from memory it's called Bactrim, but can use Trisul and the
generic.  With Bactrim she vomits, but not with the others.  I figured it
had to have something to do with the colour or flavour because the others
are fine.  Doctors look at me strangely when I tell them this but ... I
don't care - the strange looks are better than cleaning up the vomit!
