Would it be a standard color, or custom? Cannot answer the other questions
without this qualification being clarified.

All of this color talk reminds me of a project we did 18 years ago--one of
our first. An apartment complex with 440 concrete terraces, each painted at
the individual owners whim, was being coated with white cielings and grey
floors for all. A few days before completion, a resident verbally assailed
the painter, screaming that she wanted red, not grey. Without batting an
eye the painter told her: "Wait a week, it'll turn red".
Now, was that a custom color?
