JOB TITLE:      Auto Glass Support Correspondent
DEPARTMENT:     Claims Staff
LOCATION:       3099 East Washington Avenue, Madison, WI
SALARY RANGE:   $10.65 - $14.38 per hour

QUALIFICATIONS:  Working knowledge gained through a minimum of three and
one-half or more years of responsible work experience.  Typing ability
required (30-35 words per minute).  Must be able to do accurate work.
Must be able to work under time deadlines.  Basic mathematics required.
Must be able to operate a PC and access COPS.

The selected candidate will be working from 10:50 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Monday to Friday.

DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:  Process all auto glass invoices for the
corporation.  Handles billing problems/ discrepancies for all glass
companies doing business with American Family Insurance.  Prepares
correspondence to glass companies explaining invoice
problems/discrepancies and why the invoices are not being paid as
submitted.  Processes glass losses using the automated mainframe
processing system.  Handles coverage problems as they occur.  Processes
all glass claim payment using the group payment system.
