If one is following or emulating a paleodiet, should they not emulate a
paleolifestyle.  Otherwise the diet and lifestyle will be out of balance I
would think.  For example, I desire little animal protein unless I start
exercising a lot, lifting, or stretching a lot.  Otherwise, my diet is largely
fresh fruits and vegetables and some raw eggs, and a little buffalo or ostrich
jerky here and there.

I dried coleman organic liver the other night, it was excellent!
