> Never tried drying pineapple, but I dehydrate my own banana chips.
> Lisa Sporleder
Hello,
Dried pineapple is *great*!!! I just layer some on my dinky
dehydrator and let it go....takes a while tho, but yum! BTW, hello to
you all. I've been lurking for a little while and have learned alot.
I guess its a hold-over from my grain/dairy/lo-fat infested diet
mentality but its hard to understand how you're able to keep to
normal cholesterol levels and maintain a healthy weight, not to
mention weight loss! I need to lose around 75 lbs. my blood pressure
is 140/98 add to that mix diabetes in the family. (father, and two
sisters) I've been following this WOL since mid-May and have lost
15 lbs. and don't have the cravings I had on my previous lo-fat,
hi-carb diet. How are all of you faring as far as weight-loss, b.p.
etc...? I'd like to get a blood workup done in future...how long
should I be eating this way before getting this done? Any info would
be greatly appreciated. Sorry for the ramble... :}
Regards,
Eti~
