These are my sentiments exactly. Thanks for a lot of good information on this

Today I received my copy of Newsweek magazine, July 13, 1998 issue. On pages
72-74 there is an article discussing the amount of sugar in the average
American diet, with some comments on low carbohydrate diets. Sugarbusters is
given prominence, but they also mention The Zone and Protein Power in passing.
