I have conquered (finally!) the art of making a decent chicken soup.
Could I try my same recipe with rabbit, and would anyone be able to tell it
was rabbit and not chicken?
Does anyone have a source of reasonably priced rabbit in the SF Bay Area??
At Whole Foods a rabbit runs almost 20 berries.
Thanks, I am also finding it much cheaper to buy direct from the ranches.
[talk about hunting and gathering!] I just learned that most markets add 30
to 40 % and that Whole Foods adds even more.
