It isn't stomach pain, so much as the large and small intestines
cramping, and either stopping up, or convulsively trying to clear
everything out. I feel sick all over and really cold whenever the latter
happens. It's just awful. I think the fibre in the raw fruits and veggies
is a shock to a system that lived on processed foods for 30 years.

I have heard that my illness is in my head more times than I can
count. *sigh* I know it's real. I do take a cousin of prozac, though, for
energy, and to mediate the joint pain. Also, I live in Canada, so I don't
actually have to pay thousands for medical care - yet! But if all the
problems can be fixed by this diet, then I can get off all the meds and
live again! I am really hoping this will work.
