For meatloaf, meatballs, and fish cakes, another good filler besides oats or
breadcrumbs, is ground up pork rinds.  Get the kind that come in a bag, they
are easier to grind to a fine consistency.  Thanks for the recipes, guys.
They keep me inspired and creative in the kitchen, and makes neanderthin more
fun.
