Last year on Atkins (low carb but not paleo) I expereinced a few months of
increased PMS, that leveled out on it's own.  Also my cycles shortened from
30something days to 28 on the dot.  This year on neanderthin they're averaging
24 days.  But, that may be less the diet than peri-menopause (I'm almost 45).
