Here is a Paleo recipe I stumbled on. Not sure what we can put it on, as
all the things she puts it on are off limits. And we have to use olive oil
for the listed oil. Don.

Subject: R/Banana Date Butter

Here is a wonderful low fat spread that is an alternative to butter. It
tastes great on rice cakes, muffins, toast or pancakes.

Banana Date Butter

8 dates chopped
1/4 cup orange juice
1 banana sliced
1 Tbsp oil
1 Tbsp lemon juice

In saucepan, combine dates and juice. Heat on high for 2 minutes.
Process all ingredients until smooth. Little specks of dates will
remain. Store up to one week in fridge. Enjoy as 1 Tbsp contains 1.4
grams of fat and only 51 calories.
