Got a call from a client last night-
Looking at a building as an acquisition
feel that the live load build/design is not strong enough
Current owner's agent is telling him the floor slabs can be
treated w/
some sort of epoxy pour on consolidator that will increase
the PSI/strength of slabs.
However, the brand name was not mentioned.

I've told him BS- But if there is such a thing I'd like to
know about it.
Any one hear of such a system.??
