Many parents around the world have been experimenting with gluten and/or
casein free diets for their children with autism and the vast majority
have claimed benefits which are often substantial. Practical experience
and thother me because of
my very very sensitive knees. With even a small hit of gluten or MSG or
copper yes copper my knees will hurt for hours.
I've tested my well water in the Lab at work trying different thing

Nina, Thanks so much for passing along the clipping from Israel. High
time this group became politically active and saved us all a lot of
unnecessary grief in reading SMALL print, guessing, and relying on
waitresses who say, "Oh, you can't eat wheat - that's t=F8o bad...would you
like a rol wh your dinner?". Should we draft a letter to be sent to all
Senators and Representatives, all members of Health depts and the like? I
suppose starting at the state level might be easier (Rhode Island?) but why
waste [...]38_22Apr199518:23:[log in to unmask] 9504 8428 10 37_Re: CDF forbidden/allowed grains list22_George & Gayle [log in to unmask], 22 Apr 1995 18:28:30 -0400216_- <<Disclaimer: Verify this information before applying it to your situation.>>

Are you sure about teff? I'd like some botanical assurance, as I had heard
otherwise.

Thanks. Gayle Kennedy38_22Apr199518:28:[log in to unmask] 9504 8439 29 39_Re: Celiac Diagnosis - Strange Symptoms12_Alden [log in to unmask], 22 Apr 1995 20:16:48 -0300691_- <<Disclaimer: Verify this information before applying it to your situation.>>

I buy Now Brand Arrowroot Powder from my health food store (actually
something they stock!), and I assume that it is the same as Arrowroot flour.
I've not seen Arrowroot Flour before in my area. As far as the spelling of
Chapatas vs. chipatas, I imagine that the name is spelled both ways, and
there probably are regional variations in how they are prepared, as with most
foods. I'll try them next time without the arrowroot and see how they turn
out!
