I have two questions.

1) After being GF for several weeks, I'm five days into a two-week
pre-biopsy gluten-filled diet. (I like to call it "Death by
Croissants".) The dubious thrill wore off pretty quickly, and now I'm
very tired and moody, and my digestive system is becoming less and less
pleased. I've also lost my appetite, so it's getting hard to eat the
requisite amount of wheat products ("a normal amount" according to the
GI).

I'd really appreciate any advice you might have for dealing with the
symptoms, or just getting through the next week and a half.
(Unfortunately, I'm not in a position to take time off work.)

2) I'm not in much of a partying mood right now ;) , but was wondering,
for future reference, if anyone knows the GF status of Canadian ciders
(such as Growers), as well as Mike's Hard Lemonade. The plain ciders
look safe, particularly those that just list "Ingredients: Apple Cider",
but I'm not sure about the ones with "Natural Flavourings". There were
no 1-800 numbers on any of the packages I looked at.

Thanks for any help you can provide.

Eleanor
