I try to use brown rice flour (or other whole grain/beans) whereever possible
in my baking, and I've wondered whether there was such a thing as sweet brown
rice flour - I like using the sweet rice flour in sauces I'm going to freeze,
and some baked goods. Well, I noticed that Trader Joe's Wheat-Free waffles
has it as an ingredient, so it's out there somewhere. Does anyone know where
I can get some? I've checked the catalogs of Ener-G, GF Pantry, Authentic
Foods, and Dietary Specialties.

P.S. I bought the waffles as a "special occasion" thing, but I haven't had one
yet - and my non-celiac daughter scarfed half the box when I wasn't looking!
I'm going to have to be more protective. :-)
