To make a long story short, I need to know if sprouted wheat, etc, has less
gluten than the grains themselves. I know it's not GF, but I've suddenly had
the thought that I might have done my gluten challenge with a lowered-gluten
bread! I picked this particular bread because it was low in carbohydrates,
now I realize it's one of those "flour-free, all-sprouted grains" breads.
