I need to do a small project for an analytical chemisty class. I would
like to test for gluten in "GF" foods. The standard A-Chem. books have
nothing about this, and a search of your archives have only given
information on a home test from Australlia. Is this possible to test
for gluten in a processed food? Can someone point me to a resource, or
procedure?
