There have beeen a number of messages relative
to potato pancakes...for Chanukah and every day
use. I do not know about sulfites, except that
I can do without it. But the only commercial mix
that I am aware of, that is GF is the Carmel
brand, because it doesn't use matzo meal as an
ingrediant.
A few more months we will be looking for knaedlich
dumplings for our soup. The Carmel box has a great
recipe for those which is GF
The beauty part of this organization though is that
manufacturers are reading these messages, they are
starting to listen to us.
You are making life easier for those who will
follow us.
You all should be proud of yourselves
