Hi Guys:
   My only contribution to the wine thread is this.  I once went to the
liquor store to get a wine with no additives, i.e. preservatives and
"un-wine" type things and was told that there was no such animal.  That
once a year one brand was issued for a very short while.  It was
expensive and hard to come by.  I wanted to make herbal infusions with
wine since I thought it might taste better than Vodka.  Since that time
I have not been too keen on any wine - although admittedly I don't drink
at all - anymore.
