I would go mad if my husband wouldn't do this with me! We've been paleo
since last summer, and if he hadn't agreed to do this too, it would be more
difficult than I could deal with. My nine-year-old son doesn't want any
part of it, but he gets to eat what's in front of him, and if he doesn't
like it, too bad. I don't cook separate dinners, period. I have no control
over what he eats at school, and I figure he'll make his own choice when
he's older.

I'm also lucky (sort of) in that my husband has a grain intolerance that
makes beer out of the question for him anyway. He doesn't like it, and
doesn't miss it. I'm the one with that problem (grin!)

We also attempted the vegetarian thing at one time. I managed to gain
weight, and I felt no healthier. Then we tried no red meat. (I *still* hate
chicken!) Paleo has been the best thing so far. We love it!
