The last couple of days here in Pittsburgh it's been very warm, so I took
advantage of the great weather and went bike riding.  To cool down after my
ride, I had a banana on a stick that had been rolled in hazelnut butter and
unsweetened coconut, and then frozen.  What a great summer treat.  I don't
even miss Dairy Queen.
