Sure.  My favorite recipe is just putting the unmarinated meat in the
dehydrator!  I'm finding, for some reson, that it is not as tough as when
marinated, and also I can taste the flavor of the meat much better.  I
have also marinated with lemon juice, garlic, and some Tamari (I know -
bad, bad...). But I do find I like it best just plain. Also the cuts of
meat make a difference.  We usually end up using more expensive cuts
because jerky and pemmican are our main meats.  We're trying to stay as
raw as possible.
