Hi,

    This Vicky from Pittsburgh PA and several libraries here now have
JFW3.2 nt.  There are also large screen monitors and OCR scanning systems.
    These do not exist in every libry only in differing areas arround the
city.
    We have a group here know as VIPACE standing for "Visually Impaired
Pittsburgh Area Enthusias", which has been vital in bringing this about.
Mark Senk was the first to start the campaign for equal access.  His email
