Factory farmed eggs?

It varies amongst us. Also it should vary by season. I eat a lot of fruit
in the summer, and much less in the winter.
>Don't you guys have a problem with factory farm beef, etc??
I buy my eggs from the farmer that raises the hens. The eggs are gathered
from the barn yard ground. So I have to wash off all the barn yard shit
that is stuck to them.
I buy my chicken from another farmer that slaughters them the day before.
Also raised without any antibiotics. I have access to hay fed beefalo from
this farmer, and to antibiotic-free pork from these two farmers.

I eat my tuna raw. I also get it from the local greenmarket. I will eat the
beefalo raw when I buy it. I cook the other things. I should try the
chicken raw to see what it's like.

Do you eat sushi?

I don't eat the meat from the supermarket raw, except for the jerky I make
using supermarket beef. In this case it is dried and the salmonella needs
moisture to live. Of course I cook my pork. Salmonella is only on the
surface of beef. So all you need to do is very quickly braise the outer edges.
Don.
