Hey Ray,
How about fruit juices? In your book you seem to drink them fairly
often, but there have been a few posts on this list saying that they
should not be consumed. So far I haven't had any, but I would like to
have a little every once in a while.
also, anyone, what about Almond milk. Saw it in the Health (?) Food
store and it looked interesting. Something about crushed almonds and
water.
