After all the posts about wine lately, I search the net for writings about
making wine. There were many sites dedicated to wine making, including
several which has "ancient" recipes for mead and fermented grapes. They
are interesting. I don't believe a wine commercially produced can be "raw"
or organic, or free of a chemical process of some sort.
A home brew may be a possible answer, it would probably be a more wholesome
product. However, if you do not imbibe, leave it to your friends to
provide their own spirits when visiting.
