No it doesn't.  All that research is done with the average, constipated,
degenerating, colon damaged, allergen eaters.

Do you recommend this field guide?  Which one is it?
I would consider it an appropriate goal as a paleofood student, to
develop a feel for a peleofood instinct.  What better way to do that than
to go camping for a few weeks and bring only a day or two of food.
